Head to a private Tuscan villa and join our inaugural cookery break this autumn with the Good Housekeeping Institute’s head tutor and hand-picked local Italian chefs
Tuscany has always been a great gourmet destination, but with
our inaugural Good Housekeeping cooking holiday, it just
got a little better. On this exclusive four-day break, not only
will you have the chance to learn to cook like an Italian with
hand-picked local chefs, but you will also be in the company of the
Good Housekeeping Institute's head tutor, Cher Loh.
Before leading courses at the GHI Cookery School, Cher worked in
some of London's most prestigious restaurants - from Nobu to One
Great George Street - and alongside amazing chefs, including the
late Antonio Carluccio. Cher will be passing on expert tips and
tuition in memorable surroundings.
Staying in a private Tuscan villa in a group of no more than 10
fellow readers, you will enjoy hands-on cooking classes led by
expert Italian chefs, as well as a masterclass, dinner and Q&A
session with Cher. In addition, you will take an exclusive foodie
tour of Florence, which includes lunch at a traditional trattoria,
and you will experience a private tasting at a local winery. Plus,
there's no single supplement to pay, so whether you're travelling
solo or with your partner or friends, this is the perfect gourmet
break to the ultimate destination for food lovers.
